Thank you for shopping with The With Love. Always Shop! We take great care in preparing each order with intention and love. Please review our shipping details below so you know exactly what to expect.


Order Processing Time

Processing times vary based on the type of product ordered.

Candles

All candles are hand-poured to order. Please allow 2–4 business days for processing before your order ships or is prepared for delivery or pickup. During high-volume periods, holidays, or vendor weekends, processing times may vary slightly.

Apparel & Merchandise

Most apparel and merchandise items are made to order through our print-on-demand fulfillment partners. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before shipment.

Orders containing both candles and apparel may ship separately.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and selected shipping method.

Once shipped:

  • Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.


Local Delivery – King George, VA (22485)

We proudly offer local delivery within the 22485 King George, VA area.

  • $5.00 local delivery fee

  • $25 minimum order required

  • Customers will be contacted within 48 hours of placing an order to schedule a delivery date and time

  • Payment may be made at delivery (Cash or CashApp) when Cash on Delivery (COD) is selected at checkout


Local Pickup

Free local pickup is available at the King George Farmers Market on Saturdays, when scheduled.

Pickup details and timing will be communicated after your order is placed.


Order Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed.

If your order is shipped, tracking information will be provided via email once available. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after shipment.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. The With Love. Always Shop is not responsible for delays, misdeliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.


Damaged, Lost, or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged or if there is an issue with your shipment, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item(s) or packaging

We will review the issue and work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
